Wokey Refund Policy

Wokey provides API usage capacity, account balances, platform access, and other digital capabilities. These are virtual goods or digital services and are generally non-refundable.

1. General Rule

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Wokey does not provide refunds, returns, or cancellations for paid virtual goods, digital services, credited balances, allocated platform capacity, or API calling capability that has been delivered or made available for immediate use. Once a top-up, settlement, or balance credit is completed, the corresponding amount is generally treated as a delivered digital entitlement. Your use of model calls, request results, internal balance transfers, referral rewards, or provider earnings does not become refundable merely because your expectations later change. Wokey provides usage-based or balance-based digital capabilities for developers and does not sell physical goods that can be returned.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Completed account top-ups, on-chain payments, or fiat-to-credit conversions. Platform balances, API usage capacity, or model access that has been granted, made available, or partially consumed. Charges for completed model calls, token usage, routing, or platform service fees. Provider or referrer earnings that have already been recorded, transferred, settled, or made available for payout. Losses caused by your own configuration errors, model selection mistakes, accidental requests, incorrect wallet addresses, credential leaks, or internal operational mistakes on your side.

3. Limited Exceptions

Although the general rule is no refunds, Wokey may, in rare cases and at its sole discretion, review limited exceptions. Any such review does not create a precedent for future cases and does not waive this Policy. A refund is required by applicable law. The platform confirms a duplicate charge, obvious billing error, or accounting mistake. The platform confirms an unauthorized charge not caused by your failure to safeguard credentials. Wokey separately agrees in writing to a specific refund. Even where an exception review is opened, Wokey may require identity verification, transaction proof, wallet ownership proof, request-log review, and risk investigation first.

4. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

If you initiate a chargeback, on-chain dispute, payment reversal, or similar payment challenge without first contacting Wokey to address the issue, Wokey may suspend accounts, freeze balances, revoke roles, block payouts, or apply other reasonable risk controls.

5. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your case falls within one of the limited exceptions above, contact us at [email protected] and include, where possible, your account email, payment time, transaction hash, request IDs, amount involved, and a description of the issue. Submitting a review request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
