When your paid spend on Wokey in a day (all models together) reaches $20 / $40 / $80 and your Opus 5.5 cache hit rate that day is at least 92%, Opus 5.5 is 10% / 15% / 20% off the next day.
Tiers
| Paid spend in a day (all models together) | Opus 5.5 the next day |
|---|---|
| ≥ $20 | 10% off |
| ≥ $40 | 15% off |
| ≥ $80 | 20% off |
How it is counted
- Use Wokey during the day: A day is a UTC calendar day. What you pay for every model counts, images and video included.
- Settled at 00:10 UTC: The previous day’s paid total and Opus 5.5 cache hit rate set the tier. No sign-up needed.
- The discount applies the next day: Opus 5.5 is billed at the discounted price until the next settlement.
Hit rate and fine print
- Hit rate = Opus 5.5 cache-read tokens ÷ all Opus 5.5 input tokens that day; it must be at least 92%. A day without Opus 5.5 earns no tier.
- To raise your hit rate, use a native Claude client such as Claude Code or Claude Desktop, keep working in the same conversation, and do not rewrite or trim earlier messages.
- Spend is what you actually paid, so a discounted day counts at the discounted amount and the next day can drop a tier. A request counts once it finishes, so the figure can lag a few minutes.
- Accounts on an enterprise plan, accounts with their own pricing, and restricted or disabled accounts do not take part.
- The rules may change; this page is current.
FAQ
Do I need to sign up?
No. Use your Wokey API key as usual; every day is settled automatically and a reached tier applies on its own.
Does spend on other models count?
Yes. The tier uses your paid total over every model that day, images and video included; the discount applies to Opus 5.5 only.
What if I skip a day?
Each day stands alone; streaks do not matter. Today’s discount depends only on yesterday: a day below the tiers means full price the next day, and the next qualifying day brings the discount back.
How does the discount show on my bill?
On a discounted day, Opus 5.5 calls are charged at the discounted price, and call details show the discounted amount. There is nothing to claim.
Where can I see my progress?
Once you have reached a tier (or missed one only on the hit rate), the API console and this page show today’s spend, hit rate and tomorrow’s expected discount. Settlements also send an in-app notice, and an email when your discount changes.
