Wokey Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy defines content that must not be requested, generated, edited, transformed, distributed, or facilitated through Wokey model APIs, image generation, video generation, or other AI capabilities, and explains reporting, review, and enforcement.
1. Scope and Shared Responsibility
This Policy applies to all Wokey users, API keys, applications, agents, team members, and end users. You may not use Wokey, or help others use it, to create, obtain, edit, transform, distribute, or commercialize content prohibited by this Policy. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. You must also comply with applicable law and the usage policies of the selected upstream model provider; the stricter requirement applies where policies differ.
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
You may not use Wokey to request, generate, edit, transform, distribute, or facilitate any of the following content, whether real, fictional, synthetic, AI-generated, or AI-modified: Sexual/NSFW content: Generating pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content; non-consensual intimate content; sexual violence or exploitation; or content placing a real person in a pornographic or intimate context is prohibited. Violence/gore: Generating graphic violence or gore, or content that promotes, glorifies, incites, or facilitates serious physical harm, terrorism, or cruelty is prohibited. Hate speech: Generating content that incites hatred, discrimination, degradation, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic is prohibited. Unsafe content involving children (CSAM): Generating any content that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor, including real, synthetic, or AI-generated child sexual abuse material, is prohibited. Deepfakes/impersonation: Generating misleading deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, defamation, or false endorsements using another person’s name, likeness, voice, identity, or biometric traits without authorization or clear disclosure is prohibited. Copyright/trademark infringement: Generating, reproducing, adapting, or distributing content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, brand identity, trade dress, or other intellectual-property rights is prohibited.
3. User Reporting Mechanism
The platform provides clear user reporting channels. Any user or third party may report suspected prohibited generated content through online support or by emailing [email protected]. Begin the message with “Content Safety Report”; the report will enter the platform’s human-review process. Where possible, include the Wokey request ID, model, time of occurrence, relevant page or application, and suspected violation category. You may provide necessary screenshots or output excerpts, but do not send passwords, API keys, wallet private keys, or unrelated sensitive information. Reports involving suspected CSAM, sexual exploitation of minors, or imminent physical danger receive the highest safety priority.
4. Platform Content Review Mechanism
Automated review and frequency: During every content-generation request, the platform and the selected upstream model provider apply automated safety checks to inputs and outputs; requests matching a prohibited category may be refused or blocked. Continuous risk-signal monitoring: The platform continuously records necessary policy refusals, safety events, and anomalous-use signals for alerting, risk control, and repeat-violation detection. Human review and frequency: User reports, upstream complaints, safety alerts, or abnormal requests trigger platform human review; the platform also periodically reviews repeat violations and high-risk generation activity. Review may use request metadata, policy-refusal records, report materials, and time-limited exception archives described in the Privacy Policy; access is limited to authorized personnel.
5. Enforcement
We may take one or more actions based on the severity, frequency, impact, attempted circumvention of safeguards, and applicable legal requirements. Serious violations do not require a prior warning or repeated occurrence before enforcement. Refuse, stop, or block the relevant generation request and restrict related models, features, API keys, IPs, or routes. Suspend all model calls, suspend the account, revoke roles, or permanently terminate the account and service access. Preserve necessary audit and incident evidence and, where required by applicable law, report to or cooperate with relevant authorities. Charges for completed calls are not automatically refunded because of enforcement; refunds and disputed amounts remain governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Appeals and Policy Updates
If you believe a request or account was enforced in error, you may appeal through online support or [email protected] and provide your account email, request ID, enforcement notice, and grounds for appeal. We may require identity verification or additional evidence. We may update this Policy as laws, product capabilities, upstream model policies, and safety practices evolve and will update the effective date on this page; material changes may be communicated through reasonable notice.
